One of the key matters that sets businesses apart is their responsiveness to customer needs. FPS is listening to our customers’ needs and providing technical assistance regarding our products being used on packaging lines in our customers’ production. Additionally, FPS have created a position for a Continuous Improvement Manager who examines issues that result in progressing FPS in the market. This includes the continuing commitment to FPS customers through the quality of our products as evidenced by the upgrading of our site, facilities and machines.
Our new Continuous Improvement Manager is Penny, who has worked for small and large businesses along with running her own business. She understands the importance of building strong and trusted partnerships with customers. Any issues raised will be acknowledged, investigated to the point of root cause identification and then corrective and preventative actions taken to adequately address the root cause.
Penny has management experience in some of Australia’s largest food manufacturers and food service providers and has completed Quality, Safety and Environment management system auditing certification. Penny plans to manage the continuation of our 10 year HACCP certification. In addition, Penny will integrate quality management system verification and responsiveness to thorough investigations and implement improvements to FPS processes.
A key element of the FPS system needs to be a focus on development of our team who deliver these processes. We need to maintain quality standards, contain risk, identify skill and knowledge development and deliver processes that are responsive, efficient and effective for our customers. Penny looks forward to working with you, as FPS partners with its customers, to deliver tangible differences.
